Very good
We had a good time, although the apartment was not perfect and would need some refreshment
Liked: Proximity to metro stations L3 and L5, safe area, grocery stores 30 meters away.
Disliked: The apartment is not well maintained, the inner doors cannot be closed, it is very loud during the night, you can hear every noise. Even the house entrance doors were blocked and 20 people were waiting somebody to come from inside of the building and open the doors.

Disliked: The apartment smelled out of the drainage from the bathrooms and in the living area, the chairs ( they were not chairs, only a very cheep wooden bench) were really uncomfortable

Liked: Very good location, fairly spacious.
Disliked: Acess is with an old elevator, which is quite small, rooms have minimal storage space, there was noise at 12 am from other Sweett apartments and when I wrote them I got an AI agent that did not help, CRAZY expensive for what it offfers.
Very disappointed in this company sweet inn
Disliked: I ask if we could check in before 4pm and I was denied. Also we had to go to the reception to book in and pay the taxes which was about 2km from the actual place we were booked into we had a lot of cases with us and had to pay two uber to take them to reception for storage until check in then another uber to the actual guest house. Also before we could check in we had to agree to pay a € 300 insurance which is to cover any potential damage. This is a first in all my years of travel. When we arrived at the actual guest property we found it to be in very poor quality and in major need of maintenance, door to bathroom was swollen and would not close, flooring was uneven showing signs of flooding as the laminate floor was lifting on all the edges,hard to sleep at night as the toxic smells from the drainage from the bathroom,in my opinion this property is in need of renovation and was very expensive.
Great location for large family visiting Barcelona for few days
Liked: Very good for big family, AC was on when we arrived on a hot day which was a lifesaver, good hot water, coffee for few days and lovely terrace view. Kitchen was great too. Two bathrooms! Towels were great. We could store luggage in central location and rest there on last day which was great!
Disliked: Doors in the flat was not properly closing and making noise:) There was a confusion for extra set of bedding and one night we had one set less. Shampoo was almost gone in one of the bathrooms. There was a sharp metal on the floor in the bedroom and one of us injured his leg - not a&e situation but was not nice to deal with blood. Chat response could be quicker. Despite those we recommend and would visit again.
Stay was good except the renovation works was a bit annoying and it wasn’t communicated at all
Liked: Clean, easy communication with staff
Disliked: Lift is too small and old, we are afraid to use and used steps to 4 th floor
