Very good
Disliked: A few ants and a cocroach the first night
We would not hesitate to return here again if we ever make our way back to Barcelona!
Liked: The property is exactly as it appears in photos and as described in the details. It is in an excellent location, close to the metro and many good restaurants in the area. It is the perfect space for a family to stay with all of the amenities such as a laundry washer (also with detergent), a full kitchen, ice cubes!, a lovely shower/jacuzzi tub, etc. and an ac unit that works very well to cool the space nicely even on 90 degrees Fahrenheit days (especially when using the mechanical shutters). The view from the balcony is so beautiful at night. We felt very safe and cozy in this little flat that was just a perfect spot to come back to while we explored Barcelona.
Disliked: There is lots of street noise at night because of how close it is to Carrer de Blai and also during the day they were working on the cathedral next door. If you are a light sleeper make sure you have a sound machine or ear plugs so you can rest well.
Great location, I would go again
Liked: Location was good, about 150 meters to nearest bus stop and 300 meters to metro stations. Well equipped kitchen. Small grocery store just across the street. Pillows and beds were surprisingly good.
Disliked: There was some noise from the bars and restaurants nearby. Floor in the aparment was at a tilt. It was impossible to get water at the shower to suitable tempereture, it was hot or cold.

Disliked: Very small second sleeping room No elevator in the building (just to be aware of it)
Amazing location, great apartment
Liked: Everything perfect. It spacious and comfortable. These only one think, there’s a bit of stairs, but I soon you enter the apartment you forget everything.

Disliked: 60 steps to get to our apartment. Found it tiring even without luggage. A lift needs to be put in.
