  I would stay here again. They have an opportunity to have a great F&B with a terrace at the ground f

  Liked: The hotel is beautiful. The lobby, the bedroom corridors, the hotel rooms, the rooftop bar; spectacular views. Location is great. The area feels safe.

  Disliked: Our bedroom faucet didn’t work, it was immediately fixed. Our hot water kettle didn’t work, it took them over an hour to replace; staff said they were busy. The bed site lamp didn’t work, they fixed it. Service at the roof top bar, service staff are not trained; food was NOT good. Second time we went to cap the night, the trainee who served us was very cheerful and made up for our lackluster first visit.

  Disliked: They were overbooked and decided to tell us upon check-in at 20:00 that our reservation was not valid. They offered an "upgrade" in a sister hotel that turned out to have a lower cost per night in the upcoming weekends and in a different part of town. We needed to change our plans at the beginning of our holiday instead of enjoying ourselves, which was incredibly disappointing. We are not coming back and will reconsider booking via Booking.com next time.

  Stunning space, great food and fantastic service!

  Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel, the decor and overall vibe was gorgeous. It was one of the reasons we booked! The suite we had was stunning, it was corner suite with views of the city and the cathedral. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, we were given recommendations, the food was delicious and everyone was so lovely! A special thanks to Federico in reception, after hearing about our disastrous trip at the previous hotel, he kindly upgraded our room and what a difference it made to our whole trip. It was a special experience! Thanks Federico!

  Liked: Really liked how comfortable the bed was and also the overall location of the hotel was very central to everything and walking distance to most places

  Disliked: I thought the La Cava was open to all but strictly for private events only. Also couldn’t figure out how to reduce or turn off the AC so got sick from the cool air but aside from that it was a good stay.

Good to know

Reservations of more than 10 nights might require a partial prepayment (deposit).

A little heads up about pool bookings in advance of your arrival:

- Pool space, sunbeds, cabanas and tables around the pool are only for the use of hotel guests like you.

- You can use the pool amenities until 10:30 AM without any reservations.

- We start our reservation system from 11 AM. We have 2 slots available: 11 AM - 3 PM and 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM with minimum spend of 40 EUR for loungers and 80 EUR for cabanas. Loungers are for solo use and cabanas can fit up to 4 people.

- We recommend making a reservation in advance to guarantee a place.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A deposit may be required at the property.
