Fabulous
Liked: A great place to stay during a business trip! The hotel is clean, rooms are cleaned daily, and the location is very convenient. Complimentary water and coffee are a nice touch. Breakfast could be more varied, as the selection is the same every morning, but it is perfectly fine for a work trip. The only thing I would suggest improving is the lighting in the rooms. It is quite dark, especially when you need to do your makeup or work in the room. Some additional lighting would make a big difference. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would recommend it for business travellers!

Disliked: Nothing to point out
Liked: Free coffee and tea at the lobby all day long. Free fIltered water available all day long (one bottle ready in the room). The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to many bakery shops serving hot beverage. The receptionist Enrique was very kind with us.
Disliked: We booked a triple room for 3 adults but the 3rd bed was suitable for a child. The level of cleanliness could be improved (we found dust bunnies on the floor)
Disliked: the price was too expensive
Disliked: rooms are very small
Liked: style of the bathroom; free water, tea and coffee staff and 24h availability terrace/outside for general access
Disliked: overpriced; room facing an inner courtyard, only one window, so it was a bit dark and opening the window felt not super safe cause easy to climb into the room; mattress was a bit saggy; Lighting in the room, especially bathroom could be better; no talk mirror to see yourself from top to toe
