Fabulous
Liked: Not alot
Disliked: The shower didn't drain the doors were always hard to open as would stick, if you make a bit of noise you loose your deposit. Ithe coffee machine didn't really work properly. A very basic place to stay for the money
Liked: Location, cleanliness, size.
Disliked: Thin walls, could hear neighbors upstairs running around. Could hear water running, flushing from rooms.
Liked: Nice and clean apartment. The location is superb. grocery just below the aprtment. about 8 min walks to the metro station. There are a few restaurants nearby the metro station area. Easy to get the apartment key cause the office just at next building.
Disliked: everything good for me.
Very noisy, furniture of low quality
Liked: It was clean. Two separate bedrooms
Disliked: Feels cheap. Typical hosting where the minimum care of the interior is taken so that they can change a high price. I would not repeat a stay there.
Overall, we had a good stay. The location, friendly staff and cleanliness were definite positive
Liked: Good location, but very noisy and quite small. We stayed here from October 17th to 24th and overall, had a good experience. The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the metro and buses. You can get pretty much anywhere in Barcelona using public transport. I highly recommend getting a TMB Zone 1 travel pass (around €24 for 30 days of unlimited travel, depending on the ticket available). You can buy it from the ticket machines, and it also covers the L9 Sud metro line to the airport. We didn’t use a car, so I can’t comment on parking, but public transport is definitely the best way to get around the city. The apartment was reasonably clean, with no musty or unpleasant smells. We were provided with one set of towels per person, a few bottles of water in the fridge, a working hairdryer, and a small Nespresso machine with a few coffee capsules. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They also kindly let us leave our luggage at their office for free on our last day, as our flight was in the evening. One more thing to keep in mind: tap water in Barcelona is generally safe to drink, although its taste can be unpleasant, so you may prefer bottled water. Also, late check-in after 6 PM may incur an extra fee, and tourist taxes, guest registration details and refundable security deposits are common requirements for accommodation in Spain. The deposit is usually returned a few days after check-out, so it’s worth checking the exact terms before booking.
Disliked: The biggest downside is the noise. The apartment is on the first floor, facing a side street, but the sound insulation is practically nonexistent. You can hear street noise, neighbours talking and people walking up and down the stairs. In the double bedroom, we could even hear people chatting at a normal volume outside. We had to sleep with earplugs, otherwise a passing scooter, noisy neighbours, or people talking in the street could easily wake us up. Space is also quite limited. The double bedroom is the only reasonably spacious room, while the two single bedrooms are very small. The small room next to the kitchen doesn’t have an exterior window; it opens onto the kitchenette area. Storage is limited too, and even opening a small suitcase in the bedroom can be a challenge, let alone leaving it open or fitting a larger suitcase. The kitchen has plenty of cups, mugs and dishes, but it could be much better equipped when it comes to kitchen knives, pots and pans, bowls, and a chopping board. The shower water pressure was quite weak, although the boiler provided enough hot water for two people to shower in the evening and the other two in the morning. The Wi-Fi was decent enough for browsing and watching YouTube, but don’t expect high speeds. I’d recommend this apartment if location is your priority and you’re a light packer who can sleep with earplugs. If you’re a light sleeper or need more space, you may want to look elsewhere.
Great stay, location and staff. We’ll surely be back
Liked: Very modern. Near the restaurants, bars, mini groceries and metro. Complete with what we needed.
Disliked: I like everything. But kindly check everything before receiving the clients. Especially the comfort room.
