  Great spot in a great neighborhood

  Liked: The location is amazing especially if you plan to attend the festival Gracia de mejor. The a/c was arctic cold. Very appreciated during our August visit! Yes we could hear noise from the street as some folks complained about, but ear plugs and white noice machine did the trick. Super close to little grocery stores and cafe’s. Management was very responsive and the online check in for a door code worked seamlessly. The kitchen is more of a “kitchenette,” but with all the yummy food around it was more than sufficient for our needs.

  Disliked: When I caught the taxi I gave them the address sent to me by the management. It didn’t include the neighborhood name, Gracia. This turned out to be very important. There’s identical addresses in different neighborhoods and we wound up in the wrong one! Pay attention to this.

  Liked: Flat was clean and convenient.

  Disliked: My daughter was unwell shortly before check out and I asked for a bit of extra time to check out...in the end we didn't need it but asked just for somewhere to leave our bags for a little while. We weren't even offered 5 mins extra which I thought was unreasonable and discourteous. Don't expect anything extra...no matter what the circumstances.

  Modern and comfortable but transport access could be better

  Liked: Clean, modern and comfortable. Everything worked well and as hoped for. We were granted early check in which helped enormously after a long, tiring flight. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and prompt.

  Disliked: Location wasn’t as good as I thought and planned for. Just a little too far to bus and subway stops and taxis would not come to collect us down the narrow streets. This made our trip to the train station after checking out stressful because we had to walk to the Main Street 300+ meters away with 3 big suitcases to flag down a cab. Also, price was a little high.
