Liked: Great location cosy and easy to commute with owner. Super fast broadband and great shower.

Disliked: Lack of any uk tv and noise from street wasn't helpful as you could hear everything despite being on the 3rd floor. Noise was from local residents arguing late at night.

Liked: - Clean and cozy - Had everything we needed - Nice welcoming gift (wine, chocolate and coffee) - Comfy beds - Great staff and support - Close proximity to Barceloneta beach, Aquarium and Parc de la Ciutadella/Zoo with good connections to the rest of Barcelona via metro and bus within walking distance - SPAR store close by

Disliked: Unlocking the door through the mobile app didn't work (wasn't an issue for us as we used the keypad with the provided PIN)

Overall, the apartment itself is great and the location is excellent, but the noise was a major downside for us

Liked: The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Barceloneta Beach. That being said, the apartment itself meets all our needs. It is comfortable, well-equipped, and we even received a small welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. Another positive point is that it was very easy and quick to get in touch with the owner, who was responsive and helpful.

Disliked: The area itself is extremely noisy. This wouldn’t have been such a big problem if the windows were properly soundproofed, but unfortunately, the apartment has old wooden-framed windows, and it honestly felt like there were no windows at all. So, if you need a quiet environment to sleep, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Even earplugs probably won’t be enough. We got somewhat used to the noise by the second night, but every night we still woke up several times, either because of barking dogs or drunk people shouting in the street.
