Liked: Cleanliness, bed, location, view
It’s a hostel, so you get what you pay for, but the staff were lovely, and facilities were fairly good
Liked: Good facilities. Great that they let us leave our luggage there before and after our stay.
Disliked: Beds were a bit hard, shower had limited hot water, and could hear noise through the walls.
Liked: Good with everything even though its a hotel i had a wrong idea about it won't be cleean comfy but it was opp and best with location also

Liked: A serious incident during my stay left me feeling unsafe, and the follow-up has been disappointing. On the morning of 6 October, I discovered burn damage to my jacket, which cost RMB 2,000. I believe it was caused by cigarette embers from the upper bunk. When I approached the guest, he initially agreed to compensate me, but after hearing the amount, he began making excuses and later told staff he did not know who had caused the damage. A partially smoked cigarette and an alcohol bottle were found on his bed. I also personally witnessed him damaging a locker, which he denied when questioned by staff. Staff involved their manager, called the police and required the guest to leave. The police did not attend. I appreciate that staff intervened, but smoking near bedding and clothing in a shared sleeping area raises serious fire-safety concerns. Management subsequently declined compensation for the jacket, stating that belongings kept outside the lockers were not their responsibility. They offered to refund my final night as a goodwill gesture and said they would try to contact the guest about reimbursement. I accepted the final-night refund and provided my bank details on 9 October. As of 16 October, I have received no confirmation that the refund has been processed. My follow-up emails have received only automated out-of-office replies, and my WhatsApp message has received no response. The incident itself was distressing, and the lack of meaningful follow-up on a refund they offered has made the experience worse. I would not feel comfortable staying here again.

Liked: Good location, Metro close to the hostel. Comfortable rooms and quiet inside the hostel
Great location and affordable. It is what you would expect a hostel to be!
Liked: Very affordable and great place in general.
Disliked: In our room the both bunk beds had very comfortable mattresses on the lower beds but in both top beds you could feel the wires springs. Unfortunately our kids wanted to sleep in the lower beds. 😅 There were too few places where you could hang or place things. A small shelf with hanger would be great to hang your toiletries etc.
