Very good
If you’re only staying 1-2 nights it’s in a good position but not a great location
Liked: Close to good cafes and the lovely Sagrada famillia was a 15min walk Lovely hostess welcomed us and was very helpful
Disliked: In a very dingy street which was noisy at night with people speaking loudly as they walked past
Liked: Great location within walking distance from Sagrada Familia. Very quiet although close to bus streets.
Great value, close to basilica and trains!
Liked: The beds were comfortable, the room was super clean, so was the bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge and a microwave and a stove, which was perfect. We loved the number pad locks, which was super easy to access! The staff member who met us was super wonderful and she was very informative! Great value, great location close to the basilica Sagrada, two train stations, and a lot of bakeries (even a gluten free one!!j
Disliked: You do have to carry your bags up the stairs for one floor.
Very close to the Sagrada and the neighborhood is quiet

Disliked: The shower area was clogged for 2 nights. Until it was declogged on the third day
It was a pleasant stay. The secretary, Myriam, was very sweet
Liked: It was convenient, clean and easy to get in and out
Disliked: The towels were truly very old. One was even practically shredded. At this price, they could supply better towels.. and a decent piece of soap (not one that breaks as soon as you tear the packaging)
Will NOT return, will consider a hotel. Here are the photos as we left the placed cleaned as instructed
Liked: Confortable, had all working facilities, good location
Disliked: Lack of communication, our flight was changed 3 times and we were trying to get in touch with the owner/manager. We even tried the emergency line no answer. Finally after waiting for 3 hours outside the property in the heat, the manager/owner (not sure) arrived and we asked why she did not respond all Miriam stated “she only respond between 3pm and 7pm”. (What would have been if there was a true emergency), then of course she checked us in, but at that point she had an attitude. We had a very early flight and were sitting out under the heat for a long period of time and Mirian had NO compassion, just short with her answers. The property policies makes you clean the kitchen and dispose the all the garbage (outside in the street) otherwise you will be charged. Will consider a hotel next time.
