  Liked: Good location. Excellent shower rooms. Flat very clean.

  Disliked: Beds not very comfortable. Lounge/ Dining area poor, drab decor and few comfortable chairs.

  Liked: Location was good and near lots of kids playgrounds. They let us keep our luggage at the office after checkout, thank you. The apartment is a big size and the lift works to get up and down with a pram.

  Disliked: The apartment was worn and dirty. Used cotton pad in the shower, dead moth in the bed sheets and an overflowing ashtray on the outdoor 'balcony'. Very little cooking facilities and they wanted to charge us extra for a high chair for our baby, after we already paid extra for a cot. It claims to have a free stay for under 2's but they won't provide these necessities without extra payment!

  A good stay

  Liked: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The area is withing the city: busy but it was safe to walk around with good choice of bars, restaurants, shops. Contact with the hosts was by WhatsApp but efficient and cordial. Great location for transport and taxis.

  Disliked: Although clean and comfortable generally, I was disappointed with stains on the two sofas. A bit off-putting. There are long term roadworks in the street and this was very noisy some of the time. If you think this will disturb you, it might be worth checking the progress of the works for the date of your visit.

  Spacious, clean, handy for local transport and main attractions

  Liked: Plenty of space. All the basics we needed. Good for local transport. Office with helpful staff opposite although we didn’t know this until we left.

  Disliked: The noise at night (neighbouring rooms which kept us awake until 1 am on two nights. The fact that someone saying they were the business rep for the property tried to scam us before we arrived and asked us to fill in a form with our arrival time via WhatsApp and then take the deposit. Luckily they failed because I remembered I had already put arrival time on booking.com not the property fault but a data breach somewhere so please be aware everyone!

  Disappointing

  Disliked: Disappointing. The laundry was just an outside room with perpex over the roof. the rain got in at night. the location was probably not the best with many roadworks around the place. Kitchen equipment was a bit sparse.
