Exceptional
Spotless rooms, smart storage, good wifi
Liked: Comfortable rooms, spotless cleanliness, and bathrooms with separate shower and toilet compartments. Smart storage: space under each bed for a suitcase plus one in the headboard for daily items. The common area has a good work table and fast wifi, and the terrace has wifi too. Metro is 2 blocks away, easy from the Madrid train station. Quick check-in and a great neighborhood with plenty of shops nearby.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. FYI didn’t try the food service.
Liked: Great location, staff were friendly, the luggage crates were huge! They also offer daily things if you’re solo and want to meet people.
Disliked: The shower was very average. The bathroom was literally a door opened and the shower immediately there, so if you wanted privacy to undress / dress, you couldn’t really as the floor was soaked.

Liked: Clean and quiet
Disliked: Most staff were not friendly. Only met 1 person I felt was kind to people staying in the facilities. We were also told 2 days before our arrival a staff member was arrested for raping a girl staying in the hostel

I recommend this place because the location is convenient, the hostel is quiet, the rooms are clean, and there is plenty
Liked: I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm room with a private bathroom. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which was very convenient.
Disliked: It was difficult and painful for my feet to climb up to the upper bunk because it was quite high. The ladder was made of thin wooden steps, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to climb up to the top bunk. They either automatically turned off the AC or raised the temperature during the night. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating, with my neck and back covered in sweat.

Children of all ages are allowed in private rooms only.
Children under 17 will only be accepted if they stay in private rooms or private dorms and travel with parents or tutors or with formal authorization.
If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind that this is a hostel, and that's not always possible!
For last-minute reservations and in case we have high occupancy, it might not be possible to keep the same room all nights, though we do our best to avoid this.
It's not allowed to book more than 7 people.
We do not allow stays over 7 nights.
The minimum age to stay in the mixed dormitory room Is 18 years.
