Nice place, but host ruined our experience

Liked: Nice location and very nice apartment.

Disliked: We arrived to the apartment and it was dirty after previous guests. Turns out the owner forgot to call the cleaner, so we had to wait until around 8-9pm to clean the apartment, completely ruined the first day and experience. Host became super rude and kicked us our early even tho she promised late check out because of the first day situarion. Also dryer doesnt work

The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
