  Liked: We stayed at this property recently and, while there are a few positives, the overall experience was quite mixed. The location is excellent, with a nice sense of flow throughout the space and a great view that really stands out. It’s also very convenient, with plenty of good restaurants nearby within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, which makes it comfortable in terms of room to move around and settle in. However, that’s where the positives mostly end. The bathroom was very disappointing — it was quite dirty, with visible mould and grout lines that look like they haven’t been properly cleaned or scrubbed in a long time. It really takes away from the overall impression of the place. In addition, the bed linen and some of the items felt worn and in need of replacement or repair. The property overall gives the impression that it hasn’t had much recent attention or care, and it really could benefit from some maintenance and a bit of “love” to bring it up to standard. In short: great location and space, but cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.

  Liked: Very beautiful view, great location, parking and communication.

  Disliked: When the sun is not shining it’s very cold, we were freezing, but in the morning it was very hot like in greenhouse. In the bedrooms there are no windows and no airflow. Didn’t have toilet paper.

  Great apartment across from the beach

  Liked: Great apartment right across from the beach.The host was responsive and the view from the apartment was amazing. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Bit of a walk to Castell de Peniscola, but an easy flat walk. We had a great stay in Peniscola.
