  The position of the hotel was easy to find and close to the beach

  Liked: The room was spacious and the views were outstanding. Staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant had a wonderful buffet.

  Disliked: There were a lot of people and at times it was a wait for the lifts.

  Overall a nice hotel with relaxed friendly environment and good poolside activity and entertainment

  Liked: I got a bit flustered at reception with multiple booking I had made due to unavoidable circumstances. The staff patiently assisted me to get things sorted. My stay was in two different rooms on different sides of the building and that was also nice to experience the different views. I loved the space in the garden, the pool and bar were great. The AC and room service is good. Its an easy walk to the local beach too. There are bus stops to the main high st in Benecassim and the bus to the festival also stops in the same place where there are a few places to eat or wine and dine, along the promenade. The bus stops to Sole beach is right by the hotel. They offer a consistent variety of choices of breads, eggs, meats, fruits/vegs and cereal and also offer lactose free milk.

  Disliked: The pricing of lunch/dinner could be lower as the menu is quite good but the price is off putting. Im sure more would choose the pay as you go option if it was at least 5 euros cheaper. The breakfast was missing baked beans to go with the egg and sausage or bacon bits.

  Love and energy

  Liked: The pool, the food,the drinks,the energy of the staff was amazing

  Disliked: The A.C I remember two years ago the AC was better or probably was so hot weather this year

  Nice staff, hotel ok, good location

  Liked: Most of all we liked the housekeeping staff. They were very attentive and couldn’t have done more for us.

  Disliked: Shower and basin was broken which was reported but not repaired during our 8 night stay.

  Liked: The hotel is very comfortable and clean, staff excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool area

  Disliked: We had breakfast included in our stay, the coffee machines frequently didn't work properly and long queues formed for the machines that were working. We stayed for a festival attended by a lot of British people and we would have liked the choice of baked beans with breakfast which I know is a very British thing but it would cater for the many Brits staying at the hotel that week. Other than that we were very satisfied

  Great Stay

  Liked: Lovely looking Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are very good. Shower temperature is always perfect. Very clean and perfectly situated to access everything in the locality, including the beach.
