  Lovely hotel ideal location but very overpriced for what you actually get

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Been woken up by housekeeping coming in room before 9am Having to sit at a table with dirty dishes as not enough staff to clear up Huge wait for the lifts, very frustrating for the price of the room Also you had to pay for extra tea and coffee once it run out in the room. For a 4 star hotel I thought this was a really cheap tactic to get extra money from customers. No iron or ironing board in the room

  Liked: Food wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine lunch and evening meal poor quite tasteless

  Holiday was spoilt as I left my iPad in room and was told it wasn’t there, although I had proof it was on my find device

  Liked: Hotel was clean and in a good position

  Disliked: Although it was full board and not all inclusive, you were expected to pay for coffee etc in your room and water usually complementary in most hotels..
