Comfortable apartment close to Poniente Beach

Liked: The apartment is excellent, spacious, beautifully decorated with all the necessary elements. Two air conditioners, microwave, oven, stove, iron, hair dryer... Literally everything you need is there. The bed was comfortable with enough pillows, the apartment awaited us tidy, chilled, with water in the fridge, and coffee capsules for welcome. We really felt great and had a nice vacation. The beach is very close, several restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity, as well as the bus stop. The hosts also provided us with free luggage storage due to our late flight. Honest recommendations for both the agency and the apartment itself, which is just like in the pictures and which fully met all our expectations. Communication with the Benidorm rental agency is exceptional, quick responses and agreements.

Disliked: The only small complaint is the lack of an elevator, but that's not a problem either.

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: No elevator and very bad staff. Was given a remote for the gate that didn’t work. Could not get in/out of the place. Nobody bothered to come to help. Was forced to find alternative accommodation for that night! Never stay there again!

Great place to stay in Benidorm

Liked: We had a great stay there. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay - short or longer one. They also offer some sets for small kids if you need one. Beds were really comfortable, apartment was really spacious. 5 minutes from the Poniente Beach by walk which we really loved. Free parking space in front of the apartment was really comfortable.

Disliked: The only thing was the internet connection speed which was very slow. So if you need it for work or any other purpose other than just searching the internet from time to time that's a bit problematic.
