  Fabulous location but Apartment needs serious work

  Liked: The location of the property is excellent, across the road from a beautiful beach, plenty of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful.

  Disliked: The property is very tired, needs a lot of work, and they need to step up the cleaning. Basic cleaning but should be better,kitchen was basic but had everything we needed,beds were comfortable but the couch bed in our apartment was manky and the sheets were clean but marked. Broken tiles on floor. Balcony floor was dirty and water dropped on to the balcony from the apartments above. Flat roof under our apartment was filthy with several items of clothing left on it. The pool was lovely except for the green scum around the edge of the pool which could quite easily have been cleaned, pool beds but no umbrellas. After reading previous reviews I felt uncomfortable giving this review. Perhaps the apartment we were in is in line for an upgrade. Bathroom was basic, old, shower power was excellent.

  Great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff

  Liked: The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful, and green area. The property is very clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

  Liked: Here’s a polished English review: We had a wonderful stay. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. One of the biggest advantages was the on-site parking, which I highly recommend using, as parking in the surrounding area can be quite difficult to find. The cost was €10 per day and was definitely worth it. We also really appreciated that on our last day we were allowed to stay by the pool for as long as we needed after check-out. There were showers and toilets available, which made our departure much more comfortable. The apartment has seen some use over the years, but it was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds.

  Liked: We were very pleased with our stay in these apartments. A big thank you to the manager, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were given an apartment on the 20th floor with a truly breathtaking view of the city and the sea - even better than we had expected. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we visit Benidorm again, we will be more than happy to choose El Faro By MC Apartments for our accommodation once again.

  Disliked: The only minor downside was that the swimming pool was not yet open at the end of May. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience, which was excellent.

  Liked: No full-time reception. Friendly guy checked us in. Reception not open when checking out. Just leave the room key in the lock box in reception Good size room for 2 adults. Great view. Good value for money.
