  Awful found better nearby

  Disliked: Impossible to find in a street with 10 houses nobody knew where it was. It is number three but no door number and no signs whats so ever. Owner refused to come and let me in and wants you to be a Whatsapp expert as they will only give the entry code by Whatsapp. Gave reference by email but they wouldn't give me the code by email. Rang the women who would not come and let me in. It is a requirement by Spanish law to check passports so this law was ignored It is an unsigned hotel and most probarly to avoid taxes. Bookin com should insist they put up a sign if they still want to gett customers.

  Dirty property

  Liked: Nothing like the pictures was dirty couldn't get into apartment untill 21.00 lack of communication from the property didt speak English wither still waiting on a refund coukdt get tv on or WiFi to work not a nice stay was dirty not clean at all

  Scammed and left on the street — zero contact during check-in hours

  Liked: Nothing. Absolute disaster.

  Disliked: Total scam and complete failure to provide service. I arrived during official check-in hours, submitted my ID documents as requested, and was left stranded outside on the street. The host completely ignored calls and WhatsApp messages. Multiple other stranded guests were waiting outside with me for hours with the exact same issue. The property finally replied in the Booking chat at 23:08 (8 hours after check-in opened), admitting they ignore Booking messages. I had to urgently pay for alternative accommodation at night. Avoid at all costs!
