  Liked: The facilities were excellent.

Disliked: The buffet was limited and the food wasn't hot. Not what you expect of a five star hotel.

Liked: The pool area was nice, the rooms were quiet spacious and comfortable.

Disliked: One the first night I tried to order room service via the app, I rang reception as it didn’t go through after 30 mins and the man on the front desk claimed he was following up with the restaurant and hung up on me (2 times). He hadn’t bothered and I had to call back twice and he hadn’t even checked with the restaurant or communicated that to me.
