property was totally appalling, We arrive with no toilet working and a hub that was broken which I did inform the prop

  Liked: A head for sleeping

Disliked: The customer service was awful. We was cut by the hob that was cracked, I sent the property said I could use and they would replace and I had a bad cut and I am a dieabetic. They showed no remorse at all. Our main issue was We had no toilet working throughout our stay. They would not even refund one night. This was not expectable especially with my disabled husband. How can they get away with this. I have proof of all pictures
