  Present and relaxing just a little to far away from the beach, the campsite pool was lovely and clea

  Liked: The restaurant on site was superb and the staff were very helpful.

  Disliked: Outside the campsite was baron land, there was a lot of rubbish along the road.

  Lovely stay

  Liked: Food and staff were amazing. The beds were a little hard and had to get used to but otherwise. Lovely place, food was unbelievable and the pools were fantastic. Had a great stay and will come again.

  A nice break but most likely wouldn’t return

  Liked: The XL bungalow was good mostly, the location was close to everything generally (a walk away). Pool area was good and the on site shop had bits in to which was handy and cheap. Overall was a good stay but wouldn’t return due to a few things.

  Disliked: The on site restaurant unfortunately the staff were very rude when we didn’t book. It was completely empty when we arrived and was told we should have booked. However it was a spare of the moment thing. We was made to feel we was not welcome though l understand it would have been better to book the place was empty and we was out before the next table arrived. If it was a issue they could have said they couldn’t accommodate instead of tutting and speaking between themselves clearly angry that we was there,the food was ok.. We didn’t have an oven which would have been really beneficial along with not being able to use a bbq we was a bit more limited to what we could cook. There is only one communal bbq and there was no fire lighters or charcoal at the shop so that would have been handy! Also just for a heads up if you pay cash deposit and have a early morning flight home you will loose the money as the cleaners have to check before you leave and they don’t start till 7:30am and they won’t check the night before! Pay card. The walk was ok to Benidorm but when it’s very hot can be a struggle back up the hill specially with kids. It was an okay stay just a few things that let it down.

  Good for stay with kids

  Liked: Nice clean site. Quiet, great for kids. Close enough to everything but not the best walk to town with kids so better if you have a car but taxi only 7 euros ish. The restaurant food was very good and good value

  Liked: Nothing was good except the air conditioning. The property is extremely disappointing. There are mosquitoes everywhere, the pool is very small and dirty, and the reservation staff did not respond when we asked to cancel the remaining days of our booking because we were shocked by the conditions. On top of that, it is far too overpriced for this type of camping. The price absolutely does not reflect the quality or services provided. Honestly, I would suggest other travelers not to book this property. Very disappointing experience.

  Disliked: Very disappointing stay. The hotel/area is full of mosquitoes everywhere. The pool is extremely small and not clean. What disappointed us the most was the reservation service. We contacted them to cancel the remaining days of our booking because we were genuinely shocked and unhappy with the conditions, but the reservation staff did not respond to us. We expected a much better experience and unfortunately, we would not recommend it based on our stay.

  Very disappointing stay – definitely not worth the money

  Disliked: Very disappointing stay – definitely not worth the money Unfortunately, our stay at Camping Armanello was very disappointing, especially considering how much we paid for the bungalow. The so-called “bungalow” was extremely small. In our opinion, it felt much more like a large shed than a proper bungalow. The furniture was also very poor quality, basic and uncomfortable, and overall the accommodation felt cheap and poorly equipped for the price we paid. It certainly did not feel like good value for money. We also had problems with ants, with ants appearing throughout the accommodation. The swimming pools are far too small for the number of people staying on the campsite. There is also very limited space around the pools, with not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. People reserve sunbeds and then disappear for hours, sometimes for most of the day. There seemed to be nobody available to properly enforce the rules, leaving other guests struggling to find somewhere to sit. Safety was another major concern. Some children who appear to be residents of the campsite were riding electric scooters and e-bikes around the site at high speed throughout the day, creating a genuine safety risk for pedestrians and younger children. The rules need to be enforced much more effectively. We also experienced power cuts on most days of our stay, which was extremely frustrating and affected our experience. There is very little for children to do compared with what we expected. We found the entertainment options very limited, with no proper entertainment programme to keep children occupied. The gym also requires an additional payment, which was disappointing considering the amount already paid for the accommodation. The positive point is that the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their attitude. Overall, we simply don't feel the accommodation or facilities justify the price.
