  Great location with friends

  Liked: Lovely hotel great location

  Disliked: Paid for 2 superior double rooms with Seaview but one room was very small for the same price as the larger one.

  Disliked: Staff were unhelpful. No facilities in room for disabled persons, ants in room. No English channel on tv. Room was unsuitable. For disabled persons. Food was inedible, entertainment was poor. White wine in bar was undrinkable.houskeeping entered room while I was naked..management unhelpful and offered nothing to.ake ammends for shortcomings

  Disliked: Facilities in room were totally inadequate for my needs. It took 2 days to partially fix. Ants in room. No stool or chair in shower to sit on. Im in a wheelchair and unable to stand. Ants in room. Safe wasnt working. A workman came on the day we arrived to fix it and had to co.e back on the day we were leaving to oen it. No english speaking channel on tv. Food was vile. Both breakfast and evening meal. Entertainment was rubbish. White wine in bar was undrinkable. I was disturbed at 7.33am, 8.45am housekeeping knocking and entered my room. Housekeeping came back at 2pm, entered room while I was naked. No respect for my privacy. When I approached reception regarding my issues which I had clearly written down, I was asked to re iterate everything again. NOTHING WAS DONE. Oh they came and inserted grab rails around toilet on 3rd day of stay. I had used the public toilet of another hotel nearby. Or sqat on toilet in hotel. My room cost 160eu per night. Afterwards my next hotel was costing me 82eu per night. Everything an accessible room required is there for 1/2 the price. I also paid 506eu plus 48eu for our friends to stay at the same time. Soo very disappointed and would not reccomend this hotel.

  Nice hotel, super staff and very clean but in need of updating

  Disliked: Some aspects need updating. Hair dryers in the room are very “retro”. Showers need regrouting and generally rooms need a refresh

Good to know

The indoor pool is heated from November to April.

Please note that full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included. If you expect to arrive after 16:00, please inform the hotel in advance. Guests arriving after 4:00 PM will receive dinner, breakfast and lunch. Check out time is 12:00. Please note that the bed type preference for the double or twin room is only confirmed upon arrival. Please note that the rates published on December 25 and 31 include a mandatory fee for gala events taking place on those nights.

The Benidorm Plaza hotel accepts pets and service animals.

Guests traveling with pets (dogs and cats up to a maximum of 10kg) must pay a supplement of EUR 15 per pet per night (includes food and water bowl and 1 bed), they can only stay in the room. CLASSIC.
