  Not our favourite hotel anymore

  Liked: Not very much this time

  Disliked: When you go out all day and come back to find your room hasn't been done and having to phone down to reception...also restaurant staff would rather watch a freak show than serve customers...when having a late flight home and you can't get to keep the room till 18.00 because they are fully booked but you can't ask to keep the room on until the morning you are going away..and for the amount of times I have been in that hotel I've never been refused to keep it till 18.00

  Great food, Sarah on reception was very professional and bubbly and great location for entertainment acts in bars

  Liked: Location was great and the food was really good

  Disliked: Our view wasn’t the best and a bit of damage to bathroom ceiling but didn’t affect our stay

  The location of the hotel is really good but we’ve never stay there again. There was no pool bar so he had to walk to th

  Disliked: Room was not very clean under the bed had thick dust and items other people had left behind. We had two young lads to above us the rope in their balls a beer on the balcony and smashing glasses and letting it come down onto our balcony so we couldn’t go out there. It was really noisy. Linen was dirty cups not clean all in all over priced

  Liked: Location was excellent for the price. Rooms were very clean and tidy. We had half board but only had evening meal. The food was excellent and very varied day to day. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again.
