  Pleasant enough due to location

Liked: Location was good, and room was good size for a triple room

Disliked: The swimming pool was not available due to maintenance and staff not really appreciating how disappointing this was for a party of 7 people, when we booked this hotel because of having the pool. Also the restaurant staff were not very pleasant and rude when collecting dishes. No English tea bags.

Liked: The room was clean, comfy and a good size. It has a nice balcony and was fresh and modern. It did say there was a safe but there wasn't one in our room.

Disliked: The staff were grumpy. We called ahead with a question about parking and they were unhelpful and in person we were not told that to get to the 7th floor we had to come off at floor 6 and then walk up the stairs. It took us almost 20 minutes to find the room and we had to go back to the reception. We were looking forward to using the pool however it was out of use and we were not told of this before hand. We booked a triple room with 3 beds but when we arrived it was a double bed.

It was good value for the money

Liked: Very good located, 5 minutes to the beach abd all attractions and it the same time not far from the tram station (walkable downhill). And still very quiet to sleep. Good breakfast where u can find everything.

Disliked: It’s a bit out dated.
