  Liked: Pros: best staff, Ana, Randy and Jorge at reception were amazing. They were profs, courteous and pleasant. They made us feel at home the two weeks we stayed there. The hotel was awesome. It was clean, walkable to shopping, dining and sites, lobby was gorgeous. Our Jr Suite was very beautiful and practical facing the beach (room 315), breakfast buffet was Good morning. Restaurant on 5th floor was nice but limited menu. Music entertainment on fridays by Rymbenidorm was the best of all hotels shows in Benidorm. Cons: buffet dinner, pool was tiny and rooms only had twin beds

  Liked: The room is amazing the hotel and the staff is great and the location right in front of the beach is great, the only thing is that around the hotel at night it can be crowded and noisy
