  Very enjoyable would try book direct next time as still awaiting an answer from bookings.com

  Liked: The property was all I thought it would be. The only thing that was disappointing is I booked through bookings. Com and in end got really anxious as it was saying on booking.com that my reservation was cancelled and could not get any more info from them. After trawling the internet finally got a contact number to the hotel not through booking.com. They were very helpful and confirmed payment had been made and my reservation was fine and yet it still said on booking.con cancelled.

  Disliked: The parking was not explained well by booking.com other than for 27 euro you get valet parking this is incorrect. You have to park 10 miniutes away at another hotel that really does take a bit of finding them get in a taxi and to be fair the hotel give you your money back but found it inconvenient when wanting to use the car. The hotel staff breakfast rooms facilities all very nice

  Benidorm not the quietest of places, but the Venecia is quite quiet yet minutes away from activities

  could have been so much nicer

  Liked: an excellent breakfast selection, fresh and tasty

  Disliked: sadly our room was very disappointing, the best thing about the room was the view, sadly the bed was small, the room was very worn and in desperate need of painting and decorating, the tv came on periodically, the shower room was really poor, the Jacuzzi bath came on periodically, the shower hose on the bath poured water everywhere, as the hotel was full, we had no choice but to stay in that room.

  We had a very relaxing stay where we were very well looked after by all staff

  Liked: The Reception Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Extremely helpful and polite. A lovely bottle of wine and canapés were ready on arrival.

  A gem of a hotel in the Old Town

  Liked: Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.All staff are really helpful and caring can't do enough for you! Our room was cleaned every day and all staff went the extra mile! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend for the best location as the views are incredible n my opinion the best in Benidorm.
