  Liked: Great location, clean and tidy.

  Disliked: Staff were miserable and not very inviting. One of the front staff got aggressive with me when my girlfriend came too visit. Ordered me too pay €70 or she couldn’t come into the building.

  Beat value and no compromise on customer service, essentials and cleanliness 👌

  Liked: Absolute surprise, superb value so expected basic. Exceptionally clean, even had toiletries, all staff were friendly and helpful, more than adequate for short stay in Benidorm 👌

  Value for money, 8-10 mins max to the Square & Strip. Would stay here again

  Liked: Very comfortable place to stay. Room was a decent size and I was pleasantly surprised to have a mini fridge to chill drinks and snacks. Air-con was good too, so along with using the shutters the room never got too hot.

  Disliked: As everyone says, it is dated. Compared to other places it’s a few decades behind. The lifts can be a pain to wait for and there is usually a fair few people waiting for them. The Wi-Fi isn’t great, fine for your basic messaging but with the amount of people using it, watching videos is almost pointless as speeds drop. It’s very popular with the Spanish holiday goers, so those with limited Spanish might feel more comfortable in a different setting.
