  Great value and perfect for our night at Benidorm Palace

  Liked: Onsite parking, good sized, clean rooms with balcony and an excellent breakfast included in the price.

  Perfect location for Benidorm Palace. Lovely hotel with huge rooms and great facilities

  Good fir Benidorm palace. Long walk into town otherwise

  Liked: The hotel is ideally placed for Benidorm Palace, if you're going there, if not, it's in a good area with plenty of bars and restaurants near enough to save your walking into town.

  Disliked: Lack of any kind of refreshments in the room. No tea/coffee making equipment. I'm not sure if this is a thing in Benidorm, but we have toured around Spain during the last few years and had facilities to make drinks, or complementary bottles of water in other hotels. Our patio door did not lock, so had to keep.everything in the safe when we went out. We did not get to try the breakfast, as we overslept! Found a good bar/restaurant along the road that had a good selection of breakfasts though. If you intend to use the indoor swimming pool, take a swimming hat, otherwise they will make you buy one for 3 euro.

  Disliked: Shower head in room too loose. Room 4101. No coffee/tea facilities in room and I would expect this in a 4* hotel No blackout curtains, room was too light

  Always a good stay at the DeLoix

  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Food was good as usual with a good variety of dishes, including gluten free options. Very comfortable bed and good size rooms.

  Disliked: Used to have complementary water in the room but no longer the case. Did not top up some of the more popular dishes
