  Great hotel for Benidorm Palace and quiet stay away from the noise

  Liked: The hotel was adequate. With so much choice in Benidorm there are probably more conveniently placed ones to choose from near the beach... However this was directly opposite Benidorm Palace so couldn't be better for there. Older clientelle so no noise from guests or surroundings. Buffet meals were Ok. Plenty of choice but not amazing, really.

  Disliked: Don't really have any negatives apart from the long walk to the beach.

  Good hotel value for money

  Liked: Large hotel with outdoor and indoor pools. There was a good choice for breakfast and dinner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Large bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool. We requested just a shower which we got. Fantastic large shower and pressure was excellent. The room had everything you would need.

  Disliked: Maybe the entertainment. There was a Magic show and then a live parrot show. Not impressed

  Comfortable hotel with good facilities

  Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good facilities in the hotel. The all inclusive food and drink was of a high standard.

  Disliked: Generally very dated and in need of refurbishing. Location was a little out of town so taxis were often needed. Car parking was expensive and virtually empty.

  in general a very well run hotel with all staff very pleasant with nothing too much trouble. Like many Spanish 4star hot

  Liked: everything, food was very good, with some exceptions which are mentioned below.

  Disliked: with regards to the room we found the beds to be very uncomfortable -hard. We forgot this when we booked from our a previous stay. The only other nuisance was the full on disco volume until midnight every night from the pool area, is this really necessary, full on!!
