  Great hotel in a great spot

  Liked: I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there as it was great value for the 4 days I was there, but as soon as I went through the front doors I knew I had made a great choice. The staff are very friendly the rooms are great,, the cafe is lovely great coffee and beer, I like the fact when you're having a beer they give you a tapa with it. The location in the old town is perfect I liked this place so much I've booked it again for November

  Good value, food and location, but some rooms noisy

  Liked: Very good location just a short walk up from the beach. Good food, lots of choice and variety. Drinks included with dinner, including house wine on-tap.

  Disliked: The new wing has very poor sound insulation between the rooms. We asked to move after 2 nights because of the noise from the next room. The old wing is much better-built. The staff generally seem a bit lacklustre.

  Fully met my expectations

  Liked: Very well situated being fairly short walk to Playa Mal Pas beach and the Old Town

  Disliked: No problem for me but anyone with walking difficulties would not like the incline of the street on which the hotel is situated.
