  Very happy with our stay. Good value for money

  Liked: The staff were great and very helpful. The room was a good size and fairly quiet. It was not in the center of Benidorm. Lovely pool area on the roof. Only a short taxi ride into Benidorm town Only a short taxi ride to Benidorm Palace

  Disliked: The breakfast. There were just too many people milling around, not enough coffee machines, not enough signage of where things were.

  Liked: Good hotel, a bit outdated though. The price might be a bit too high for that standard of hotel, but probably its because of high summer season.

  Disliked: Very slow lifts, we almost always used stairs as it was impossible to wait 5-10 minutes for a lift. Also, my room on 4th floor had a smell of tobacco, which was very unpleasant.

Please note that Half Board and Full Board rates include drinks in the restaurant. For group bookings of more than 4 rooms (parties, farewell parties, etc.) the hotel reserves the right to accept the entry, requesting a deposit of 150€/room upon arrival to cover possible damages that may be caused.
