  Liked: Beautiful views Good facilities (although limited for the kids:S ) Good location, close to the sea, the downtown is 40 minutes walk

  Disliked: There is a construction next door from 8am to 9pm during the weekdays. It is impossible to sleep in, makes staying in the apartment during the day very miserable.

  Liked: The rooms were clean, had great views, and had good soundproofing.

  Disliked: The apartment was not the same specification as our original booking as it was much smaller and was lacking in facilities as follows:- There was no oven or toaster in the kitcheette, only a microwave with a grill.. The fridge only had a tiny freezer compartment, There was only one bathroom (which had a horrible smell coming from the drains, although this subsided with use thankfully), there was no towel rail, and the plug in the bath did not work, so we could only use the shower. The 2nd bedroom was bunk beds, which I had to sleep in as I snore, so it was not ideal. There was no wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom. The security man and the staff in the cafe didn't speak English, so we had issues when trying to order any food and drink. Our original booking cost me £679.70 for a larger apartment with more facilities whereas the replacement apartment cost me £958.92 which cost me an extra £279.22. I was told that if I provide an invoice that Booking.com will reimburse me with this amount. Can you advise what I need to do to facilitate this?

  Pleasure!

  Liked: Everything was amazing. The complex and apartment is clean and organised. The terrace is lovely, I drink my coffee with pleasure every morning.

  Disliked: For a family with 3 children it would be good to leave a little more toiletries and at least one extra roll of toilet paper.
