  Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent.

  Disliked: I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the room. However, the bathroom was spotless. In addition, despite having requested it in advance and having written confirmation of the arrangement, the hotel was unable to provide a gluten-free sandwich on the morning of our departure, as requested.

  It was good in every other way

  Liked: Nearly everything

  Disliked: The outside area is very bad and the elevators need a little of attention. Twice in our ten days stay one if them fell down, once ca half to one meter and the second time ca two meters. It was very bad experience.

  3 star at most. Not at all as expected. OVERPRICED HUGELY

  Disliked: NO Double beds at all. All singles, and they refused to make them into a double ……..poor for a romantic break Breakfast repetitively, often stale bread and pastries, eggs etc hanging around for hours.. had to get own beverages out of a machine!! Poor quality Coffee in room cheap and unbranded, not drinkable, no milk OVERPRICED, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO HELP WITH BAGS, AFTER LONG JOURNEY GAVE US WRONG DOCUMENTS. WRONG G KEY, WRONG DATES ON FORM. Lots of sorting out

  Liked: The beautiful sea view 😍 Big spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. The fridge was just great. There was a good variety at the buffet. Hotel is centrally situated plus point. 👌 And the staff was super friendly 😊 will definitely come back!

  Disliked: The room furniture was a bit outdated. An upgrade would be great. And something on the wall to give it a warm feeling. Other than that everything was perfect.
