  Great apartment!

  Liked: The location was excellent! It was lovely and quiet neighborhood with small but great pool! Apartment had everything we needed. The beach wasn’t crowded which is very typical in July. Great experience!

  Disliked: No warm water, it was warm the first day and then went cold. Beds for me were uncomfortable, too soft for my back and need to be changed. It was a nightmare to get to the keys, the code didn’t work and when we arrived the apartment was still being cleaned. However, they added this to a checkout time.

  Great location, nice clean and modern accommodation. Well equippped

  Liked: The location was perfect! Right across the street from a very quiet and peaceful beach. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with all sorts of appliances, plenty of dishes, etc. The A/C in the bedrooms worked wonderfully but not as much in the main living area.

  Disliked: It was great to have parking but the car elevator was quite scary! The turn in and out of the elevator was very tight and the elevator doors closed on our car one day. There is a robust welcome document which clearly states that they would let us know if the apartment became ready earlier than check in time. I messaged via WhatsApp and they refused to let us know if it was ready early. I suspect it was an AI bot but they just kept repeating that they couldn’t guarantee early check in. But yet they asked us to let them know if we checked out early. It should go both ways. You want us to leave early and give you the courtesy update so you can get in to clean, but you can’t give us the same courtesy? My suggestion would be having a human respond to WhatsApp rather than a bot.

  Close to the beach

  Liked: The location was great next to the beach. 2km to the Old town of Benidorm, a lovely walk along the promenade. The apartment was spacious and clean, a small balcony for 2 people overlooking the pool. NO SEA VIEW just a glimpse. 1st floor with trees in the view.

  Disliked: Lift to the garage parking not working, so had to park in the street. Access via the app was difficult as my phone broke down last week. However other people also had problems getting into the complex. Bed was not very comfortable, but for 1 night I did not care.

  Nice stay right across the sea

  Liked: The wonderful location right across the beach. The bach is great, not very busy and has a smooth entrance making it great for children. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has good wifi coverage.
