  Terrible been coming to Benidorm for 20+ years definitely the worst place I’ve ever set foot in

  Liked: Initially thought was value for money.

  Disliked: The room stank after a couple of days, turns out it was something rotting in the condensation tray in the back of the fridge. The guy from reception did come and sort out after second time of asking. The odour wasn’t as bad after but still not great. When ever you opened a window all that could be smelt was weed from other guest smoking the lift and corridors smelt of it as people was walking about smoking weed. Woken up on the first morning by a drunken guest looking for there room. Then on the second morning the person in the room next door proceeded to kick the door in for 45 mins from 6:15 in the morning till he’d kicked it through. Reported and was still allowed to stay. In the end checked out a day early as we had had enough and just went home. Also had to wait for reception to turn up 35minutes after they was supposed to open. The beds were dirty after removing the sheets and I’m sure the wall next to the kitchen had what I can only assume was probably sick ingrained in the textured wall covering. Fridge was dented, sofa had stains and fag burns. Bathroom was dirty
