  Utterly beautiful view

  Liked: Amazing view; very beautiful. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. Also, the big spacious bathroom. Comfy beds.

  Disliked: Minor: Seemed to be no place to hang damp towels or swimwear; also no cloth to dry dishes.

  Liked: The location was excellent—close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, with a truly stunning view. From the apartments, you could enjoy beautiful, uninterrupted scenery that made the stay even more special. We were a group of five adults and booked both apartments, 6A and 6C. Both were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a warm and inviting feel. Our host was great, and communication with him was smooth and easy throughout our stay.

  Disliked: Review Title: Nightmare experience: Fraudulent damage claims, extortion, and intimidation! Pros: None. Cons: Avoid this property at all costs! After our stay, the host resorted to outright extortion and intimidation, demanding an additional €439.83 directly outside the Booking.com platform and even threatening us with the police. This is a text-book retaliatory scam because we complained about the terrible, unmaintained state of the apartment. Upon arrival, we found major pre-existing defects: a completely cracked window (massive safety hazard), broken electric roller shutters that failed due to old age/wear, a dirty sofa bed that was stuck open, and a severe mold smell in the bathroom. Instead of fixing their property, the host is now trying to trick us out of our €299 security deposit and trying to scam us for an extra €439. We have submitted all photographic evidence to Booking.com and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Do not book here unless you want to be harassed and scammed by an aggressive operator! Nederlandse versie Titel van de beoordeling: Nachtmerrie: Frauduleuze schadeclaims, afpersing en intimidatie! Pluspunten: Geen. Minpunten: Vermijd dit appartement absoluut! Na ons verblijf is de verhuurder overgegaan tot pure afpersing en intimidatie: ze eisen een extra betaling van €439,83 buiten het Booking.com-platform om en dreigen zelfs met de politie. Dit is een overduidelijke frauduleuze tegenreactie omdat wij bij aankomst direct klaagden over de achterstallige en gevaarlijke staat van de accommodatie. Bij binnenkomst troffen we direct zware gebreken aan: een volledig gebarsten raam (groot veiligheidsrisico), elektrische rolluiken die door ouderdom/slijtage kapot waren, een vieze slaapbank die vastgelopen was en een indringende schimmellucht in de badkamer. In plaats van hun eigendom te onderhouden, proberen ze nu onze borg van €299 te stelen én nog eens €439 extra van ons te giechelen via valse claims.
