Fabulous stay, recommended highly
Liked: Everything, the kind host, the location inside the castle walls, the cleanliness, the cozy atmosphere, it made us feel at home, near grocery store, coffee shops, butcher mkt, pharmacy. We elongated our stay due how comfortable we were. Nice base to make day trips to Segovia, Valladolid, Burgos, even Madrid as it’s just under an hour drive. The Hiruela countryside is magnificent! Near by

Buitrago Del Lozoya is a relaxing, tranquil, beautiful town with its own Picasso Museum
Liked: The apartment was well located and comfortable. We liked being near the river and the wall. Easy walk to the stores and restaurants.
Disliked: We liked the property. Nothing negative to report.

Perfect House and friendly host
Liked: The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were able to park right outside and we enjoyed having our breakfast and drinks on the little terrace outside. The communication with the host was excellent and he was friendly and helpful. The small town is very pretty with some lovely river walks. We would really like to stay again.
