  Stressful instead of enjoying time with family, spent cleaning up the leakage from tbe bathroom

  Liked: Proximity to the relatives we were visiting.

  Disliked: Falsely advertised. Stayed in No 3 apartment Camelia but the o roperty that was given to us is poorly maintained. Experienced leakage from the ceiling as the bathtub is not properly sealed. Contacted the manager to resolve the matter but was brushed off. As per old review it has happened before. Dangerous lounge chair kept in the property even though it’s only being held by straw rope. Broke whilst my son was trying to reach the heater. Heater non functioning. Dishwasher non functioning and falling apart. Vent in the kitchen being held by masking tape. Crack to left side window in the lounge.

  The house was good, but the merchant treatment and rules to be followed were not good

  Liked: The house and the location were good.

  Disliked: First of all, the mattress and pillows were really bad quality and uncomfortable. Then, in the house, you could find a list of rules that if the guest break, he/she will have to pay €50. The thing is that some of the rules were, “if you some cutlery or place setting are missing, you will pay €50”; “if you leave some rubbish or dirt behind, you will pay €50”, et cetera. Anything was €50. As a result, guests feel intimidated and uncomfortable during their staying. I do not think that’s the way of doing things and treat with customers. I agree it is necessary to have and follow some rules, but intimidation is not the way in my opinion.
