  Superb, one of the best places in Spain

  Liked: We had a very warm welcome when we arrived, the young couple who own and run the hotel speak excellent English and are extremely helpful. The hotel is perfectly clean and very beautifully decorated. The flower boxes are gorgeous. The breakfast was superb and dinner in the evening was delicious and very well presented. The local wine was delicious.

  Charming boutique hotel with great breakfast and dining

  Liked: Zuberoa y Flavien were friendly and attentive. The hotel common areas and rooms had character and were charming. The location was central in the village, with terrace chairs on the main square and close to the river where swimming is possible in the summer. The food was exceptional -- a fine breakfast buffet with home-made pastries / tortas and a stand-out cheese platter and dinner was an imaginative and carefully cooked 3 course menu different each night for a very reasonable price. Good quality wines were available by the glass or bottle also at a decent price.

  Disliked: The bedside electrical sockets stopped working when the bedside lamps were switched off. This meant that we had to leave the bedside lights on to charge devices even when otherwise they did not need to be.
