  Nice clean hotel, well placed and everything you need

  Liked: Very central and next to shops, bars, museum and plazas.

  Disliked: A room with some sort of view would have been nice

  Liked: Great location. Our room had lovely terrace.

  Disliked: Shower was in bath could be difficult for older guests. No parking.

  Comfortable hotel in centre of old town

  Liked: Our room was very quiet this year. Some front facing rooms have poor fitting terrace doors that transfer noise fro the Plaza.

  Disliked: Distance from car parks.

  Clean, comfortable stay in central Cadiz, staff could be more welcoming

  Liked: It was in a central location within walking distance to most of the main sights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The private terrace with great views was a nice addition to the room.

  Disliked: The elevator was so small that my wheelchair, which is a small, compact wheelchair, couldn’t fit in. Lucky I am able to walk short distance, so had to leave it at reception and collect it each morning. I know I’m in a foreign country but the staff didn’t speak any English which made it very difficult when trying to communicate regarding a few questions about the room and check in etc. thankfully I could use Google translate. They weren’t very friendly or welcoming either. A bit more attention to customer service would go a long way, even if the same language isn’t spoken, a smile isn’t difficult.
