Fabulous
Peaceful and picturesque location, efficient service
Liked: The hotel is about 30 minutes walk or a few minutes' drive from the picturesque small town of Torre del Compte, where there are a couple of restaurant choices in addition to the restaurant at the hotel. We had dinner twice at the hotel, which was good, and it was very welcome not to have to drive out. Breakfasts were good too with a decent choice from the buffet for 12€. Despite the hotel being fully booked for the night of the solar eclipse, it was always quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing in and by the (small) pool, walking along the old railway line, and just relaxing in and around the hotel.
Disliked: We had one room for three adults and the second bed was a bit short. There was a significant upcharge versus two people occupying the same room, despite breakfast not being included. That was the only minor downside - overall a very nice stay in a an attractive region.
Quiet, peaceful hotel accesible by car (or bike) to beautiful villages and surroundings
Liked: Spacious room with a very large, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Quiet location.
Disliked: The menu for the restaurant was very limited ( especially for two nights) and we did not expect chipped crockery for a 4 star hotel. We had a problem with the A/C / heating the first night but this was solved by changing the mando.
Liked: Free parking, evening meal was quite nice.
Disliked: I am aware it is getting close to the end of the season but, the pool was closed, the lake had no lights and waterfall and was in need of some TLC. We paid top money, if the facilities are not at the best or available the price should reflect this.

Liked: Schönes und grosses Zimmer (Bungalow) bequeme und grosse Betten Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Da es WordSuperBike Rennwochenende war, war das Frühstücksbuffet schon um 7:00Uhr aufgedeckt! Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber! Schöner Aufenthalt!! (3 Nächte) Wenn ich etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dann nur dass der Duschkopf und Regendusche entkalkt oder bessern noch ersetzt werden sollten.
