Best stay of our Camino
Liked: Everything about this place was exceptional! It was a highlight of our 55 days on the Camino. The room was spotless and well thought out. Everything you could need. Carmen was an absolute perfect host. She offered to cook dinner for us and it was delicious. Her homemade pumpkin soup was Michelin star worthy and we had our best steak of the trip (it was a real steak, not a think piece of meat). We would come back in a heartbeat.

Liked: carmen cooked lunch for me since restaurant, bar and shop were closed. i must say it was the best meal i had on the camino. superb!

Liked: Peaceful countryside location; modern and stylish property; several beautiful beaches close by
Disliked: Poorly organized check-in process; the room was much smaller than the Booking.com photos suggested; the Deluxe Room with Whirlpool is essentially a small hotel room plus a separate whirlpool area; the whirlpool could not be switched off and was noisy throughout the night, and staff could not resolve the issue; no proper blackout option; only very bright lighting and no suitable bedside/night lighting; the whirlpool room has no separate lighting, so it becomes very dark when the curtains are closed for privacy; limited privacy due to the large glass front, as people can walk past outside.

Beautiful hospitality on the Camino!
Liked: Carmen and her family are exceptionally hospitable! This was one of our favorite stays on the Camino. The rooms were clean and welcoming, the beds were so comfortable, and Carmen made us a delicious meal for dinner. Breakfast is a wonderful treat too. I highly recommend and would stay here again. It’s worth stopping I. Quintans to enjoy this hospitality.
