  Liked: The Villa is in a quiet location with exceptional views. Good communication and hand over of keys.

  Disliked: The pictures of this Villa look outstanding, however on arrival the bathrooms are tired and in need of a refit. The outside furniture is past its best and the mattresses on both doubles need replacing. The gravel track to the property is bumpy, 4x4 recommended. Watch out for the cats mess that was on the lawn around the pool each morning. The pool tiles are starting to come off and the pond area and grounds shown on the advert are all overgrown.

  Great place with amazing views and super private

  Liked: We absolutely loved our stay. Having rented several properties in Mallorca before—ranging from luxury to more casual homes—this one truly stands out as something special. While it could benefit from a bit of TLC, particularly the outdoor lounge furniture which is no longer in great condition, and having at least one fully updated bathroom would be a plus, these were relatively minor points. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the house was upon arrival, with essentials like toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, and more already provided—something we haven’t always experienced elsewhere. One thing to note is that the tap water isn’t drinkable, so it’s best to bring bottled water. We forgot, but fortunately were able to pick some up from the host later in the evening. The photos don’t quite capture how stunning the place really is—the views are breathtaking, and the house itself is enormous and full of character. The unpaved road leading to the property adds a sense of adventure, and you don’t actually need an SUV to reach it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.

  Disliked: Outdoor furniture does need an upgrade.

  Liked: Great house with amazing view, full equipped kitchen and all the facilities you need. The last 500m to the house are on a gravel road.
