The entire team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, valued, and truly cared for. A very special thank you goes to Estefania, our wonderful concierge. Her kindness, professionalism, and extraordinary dedication are simply outstanding. No matter the request, question, or spontaneous idea, Estefania always finds a solution, responds incredibly quickly, and makes everything happen with remarkable attention to detail. You can genuinely feel how much she cares about creating unforgettable experiences for her guests. This level of personalized service is something we have rarely experienced before! We would also love to express our heartfelt appreciation to Silvia, who made every morning at breakfast such a wonderful experience. Her warmth, genuine kindness, and attentiveness are truly special. She always makes sure that everything is perfect, anticipates your needs, and takes care of even the smallest details. It is exactly these thoughtful, personal touches that make all the difference.   It was a nice experience. But from price/performance persp. not what you except from a 5 star hotel

  Liked: Food was very good. The most staff was very friendly. Bed quality was nice and the room. Area as well. Friendly welcome gift for special occasion.

  Disliked: Check in Times were not good. 30 min wait. After arriving. Not the best help when assisting an injured person getting to a taxi. You need to ask friendly that they let the taxi pass the gates to the restaurant to help an older woman easy in the car. Drinks and food were out, after the first order. That can happen of course, but when having 8 things on the menu during Snack time. Rather not. The hotel is near the highway. So you hear a lot of course. Other hotel guests during our stay had the same issues (I’ve heared from other tables talk)

  Disliked: Restaurant food needs a lot of improvement Staff visibility in the hotel ground floor is lacking No central area to get a drink - the process seems to rely on you sending a WhatsApp for a drink which doesn’t work. Needs a GM to oversee and manage better
