  Liked: Great hotel with spacious rooms, great pool and aera for kids and food was also good. Staff super nice and helpful.

  A lovely, newly refurbished hotel with wonderful staff who made our family holiday special!

  Liked: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Prinsotel La Dorada & Spa. The hotel has been recently refurbished and everything looks fresh, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Carolina, who was incredibly kind and surprised us with a lovely pomegranate, and to Marcos, who was super friendly and always made us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Mariam, who was very helpful and attentive during breakfast and dinner. The wonderful staff really made our holiday even more enjoyable!

  Disliked: Nothing significant to complain about. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

  Its a great place, where most people travel with kids (0-10 years old)

  Liked: Food was good, the hotel and all areas are nice and clean. The spa was nice as well.

  Disliked: The outdoor pool is quite cold at this time of year (mid October), and entertainment is mainly for kids.
