Fabulous
Liked: the apartment is in a great location, clean, and has everything needed. The kitchen is well equipped. bedrooms have two comfortable beds and big closets full of spare linen. You can also find beach towels and a sun bed.
Disliked: The apartment requires a few small repairs (the shower is leaking and the blinds are damaged). The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable, and the second bedroom lacks a cozy feel (better lighting and a picture on the wall would make a big difference).

Liked: Great apartment with all that is needed. Super friendly host who looks after their guests. Free public parking nearby. Candelaria is great for long walks by the beach, has several cafes to drink an espresso or get cheap pizza, supermarkets, but it's also very quick to reach Santa Cruz.

Very nice stay in the center of the city
Liked: The location is great, just in the center of the city. It has all amenities, and the owner left us a lot of extra stuff: water, coffee, etc. It is spacious and very nice.
Disliked: There is no balcony (as is specified), and the hot water runs extremely fast (only one person can shower with hot water)
