Very good
Liked: Apt was spotless, very well maintained. Beautiful coastal walk near by, lots of restaurant, supermarkets close by. Comfortable bed, excellent shower.
Disliked: We could not get the WiFi to work, we sent a number of messages to hosts, but no one got back to us on how to work the WiFi.
Liked: The location was very good if you prefer a more quiet and peaceful location rather than the big city. The host was very kind and straight forward.

Disliked: Staff were rude and lacked empathy, not communication between booking.com and the agency, infestation of ants all around the flat, there was no wheelchair/push chairs access to the building, broken and stiffed items at the flat, uncomfortable mattresses and sofa
Nice appartment, but host company is far from providing good quality of service
Liked: Nice appartment in good localisation but....
Disliked: The managing company doesn't care about their guests. 1) We traveled with an infant. Booking website says that a baby cot is free subject of avability. I wrote to them 1 month prior to our arrival and asked if they booked baby cot for us - the answer was "we will inform the cleaning stuff". I wrote them again one week before the arrival - the answer was the same. When we arrived there was no baby cot, moreover they answered me that it was my "misunderstanding because appartment description specifies that cot is not avaliable". Well, I wrote them twice so they had more than a month to note that, I also added printscreen from booking that description says it's avaliable. 2) Another thing is that there each time you probably write with someone else and they dont read messages from previous days. 1 day before arrival i asked if its possible to check in 1 hour earlier. They wrote me "we will let you know tomorrow". Of course they didn't and just wrote after reminder from my side- check in from 3 PM. 3) Finally, the appartment has an underground parking spot but to enter the basement you need key which was not provided. The fire doors from staircase to garage were usually open but 3 times they were closed and we had to wait for someone else to open them. Fire doors should be closed all the time. They gave a remote to the gate but the garage gate has a special sensor so it opens only when a car is standing in front of the gate which blocked us from entering garage from outside. Because of risk of closed doors and our need to leave early we had to left car on the street to be sure that we will be able to leave on time for the plane. Key to door next to the gate was also not provided. 4) Manual for self check in was provided only in Spanish.

Liked: Good position, very clean, everything I expected to. The apartment is as shown in the pictures.
Disliked: Didn't have drapes in the living room.

Liked: Good location, clean, no complains about apartment.
Disliked: It has parking space but its complicated to get in and out, so if possible I used to leave car on the street.
