Ok
Liked: The bed was excellent - clean and very comfortable. The man who welcomed us was very friendly and clearly wanted to help. We managed to communicate reasonably well using a translator.
Disliked: We booked this B&B as a simple overnight stop on our way to Madrid because we had an early flight the next morning. We were planning to have dinner on the way and arrive around 10 pm, but after booking we noticed that the latest check-in was 9:30 pm. This was very disappointing, as it meant choosing between finding a place to sleep and having dinner. In the end, we decided that having a room was more important. We actually arrived before 9 pm, but even at that time there was really nowhere nearby to have a proper dinner. So if you are planning to arrive around this time, be prepared that you may end up without dinner. The property is a large, grand-looking house with a lot of decoration and an appearance of luxury. However, the room was actually quite basic. The bed was excellent — clean and very comfortable. But several things needed attention: some floor tiles were loose, the bathroom light kept flickering, one towel had holes, there weren’t enough towels, and there were very few electrical outlets. The biggest issue was that the room we received was not the room shown in our Booking.com reservation. We were exhausted when we arrived, so we put our bags down, saw the bed, and left to look for something to eat. Only when we came back later that night did we realize that the room was actually different from what we had booked. By then it was after 10:30 pm and there was nobody available to discuss it with. I think future guests should check carefully that the room they receive matches what they booked. I have the original Booking.com confirmation to document this. The soundproofing between the rooms was also very poor. During the night, I was woken up by someone in the neighboring room coughing and making noises for about an hour. It was very clear that normal sounds from one room can be heard in the next room, so how quiet it is will probably depend a lot on the other guests.
Liked: Garden was nice.
Disliked: Asked for a room in the ground floor as I was traveling with someone with mobility issues, they gave us last room in the first floor with lots of stairs. Definitely not recommended for people with mobility issues.
Perfect stay
Liked: We loved it! We needed a weekend away from the heat of Madrid, this place was perfect! With the shade, the trees, the air and quiet surroundings, we were able to relax fully. The breakfast was delicious, and we absolutely loved the interior design 😍 the hosts were very helpful, gave clear instructions and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely keep this place in mind for whenever we need quiet time ♥️

We had a great time staying at B&B concha and would definitely stay there again
Liked: Our room was clean and spacious. The pool area was really nice with plenty of sun beds and seating including a number of tables. The outdoor kitchen and eating area was wonderful and we spent every evening there. We were also able to park our car securely within the property. Breakfast was really nice with freshly squeezed orange juice and a range of homemade cakes which were delicious.

Gem of a hostess. Comfortable stay
Liked: Lovely spacious clean room, with attentive staff and ample breakfast. Concha really cares about your comfort! Wonderful to have use of the pool and garden at any time. Secure parking gave peace of mind. Fantastic for us as we had a car. Bus stop 5 mins away to travel into Madrid.
Disliked: Breakfast a little late for us as it used up a bit of the morning. We found local restaurants were all closed in the evenings Mon - Thur.. You will need a car to go further afield.. Apart from this, nothing..
