Liked: Breakfast was amazing
Disliked: Unable to go in the swimming pool
Liked: Great location Friendly and very helpful staff
Disliked: As a building needs attention, a very old bathroom with broken door.
Liked: Professional hotel, professional staff, clean, breakfast not bad.
Disliked: The building is older, the room and everything looks a bit outdated... but nice, sufficient.
Amenities ok. Staff very unhelpful. Food mediocre
Liked: Amenities were great, I would not use the as a bath myself but shower was fine. They offer shampoo, body wash and conditioner, even more toiletries on demand if necessary. Breakfast was great, extra options on demand. Staff speaks extremely limited english though.
Disliked: Staff does not even try to understand another language. We speak some spanish which is why we were fine, but it was clear we were avoided for only speaking broken spanish and them not even trying to understand anything else beside it. Dinner options were both extremely limited and also not worth the money. Very long wait times for food.
Liked: The staff were very polite, especially the gentleman at the reception. He was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel was a bit old, but it was very clean.
Liked: Superb location and helpful staff.
