Camino 7
Liked: Prestine hotel. We wanted to take a taxi from the hotel to Mont Faro, but Manual offered to take us in his own car even knowing that the road up the mountain was in bad shape.
Disliked: The women showers had no privacy and the water was not warm enough. Only one of the three showers had a curtain, but the water went all over the place. The shower heads has a very fine spray, sending the water in all directions. Other than that all were immaculate.
Beautiful hotel and great host
Liked: Pristine house with lovely rooms and a balcony. The owner was super hospitable and gave us a better room and cooked an amazing dinner and breakfast. A really great stop after Chantada to break up the long leg of the Camino. We were so well looked after
This place restored us after a tough day on trail. We felt taken care of and it was a lovely stay. Highly recommend!
Liked: What a treat on the trail! We needed a place to stay to shorten our next day and this was perfect. The room was comfortable if a bit cold but we were provided a portable heater right away. The value was exceptional for a hotel stay and the food was amazing! Friendly staff and lovely sitting room. It was a gem in the countryside.
Liked: Up to date hotel, with nice decor. Second visit here, with friendly personal owner. Location and views where wonderful. Great stop while walking the Camino.
